Upon hearing that singer Jung In will be joining the cast of MBC‘s ‘I am a Singer 2‘, fans and netizens have shown their excitement!
According to reports, the singer will be shooting the first episode for the program on April 22nd. Jung In is famous as one of the best soul musicians in the country. She plans to awe viewers with a series of powerful and emotionally enriched songs.
Jung In who debuted back in 2002, has ten years of rich experience under her belt and was offered many times, to participate in the first season of ‘I am a Singer‘. She has decided to participate in the second season and fans are dying to watch her performances again as the last time she released an album was back in March 11th, 2010 with “From Andromeda“.
According to ‘I am Singer 2′ producer, Kim Young Hee, “Jung In is very popular among the program’s staff members for her lovely personality and amazing vocal talents. I think she will become the cinderella of ‘I am a Singer 2‘”.
From a past interview, former ‘I am a Singer’ contestant, Baek Ji Young also expressed respect to Jung In as she said, “Jung In sings with honesty. It’s impossible not to be immersed in her voice and song.”
Singer Jung In debuted back in 2002 through a collaboration with Leessang in his song, “Rush“. Eight years later, Jung In released her very own album, “From Andromeda” which received explosive popularity from fans.
